WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
In-Store Pickup
Curbsidepickup is available for All puchases are eligible for curbside pickup from our lockup. Please contact us after purchase on sales@happyfloors.co.uk if you wish to have this option!. Pickups are available Once a date is arranged when your order is ready. .
Free Shipping
We offer free Free Delivery within 5 miles of Feltham, London shipping on all orders over £100.
Once your order is received and ready for delivery, we will contact you to arrange the best delivery date and time for you.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Deliveries must be delivered to an accessable address (No PO boxes etc)
There must be space for the delivery without creasing or bending it.
Supply only orders will be delivered on the ground floor (Please ensure you have help on the delivery date if you do not live on a ground floor)
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Returns Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at sales@happyfloors.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number,
Happy Floors will arrange pickup for a fee of £30 if within our delivery radius otherwise it will be calculated at £10 per additional mile.
Please note, that we require payment of this fee before arranging any collection.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please Note
● Only damaged items can be returned
● Photos must be taken of damage
● Items must be in same condition delivered
● Flooring must not have been cut, any cuts will void the return policy
● Pole marks are not classed as damage, these will fade over time.
● Any fault lines in carpets, please consult with your fitter first to see if they can loose it before starting the return process.
